I use Greggs in the Priory Centre Dartford most days I'm at work. I mainly use click and collect and have never had any problems. Food is always fresh, packed well and the staff in there are so lovely. ?

The bake was cold it ruined the meal so pls can u make it very warm so it's enjoyable to eat it and also why is there no labels to see which bake is on the shelf like I had to ask if there was beef bake coz there was no labels ! This specific gregs store really care about the customers when in reality they don't and it's obvious

Recently ordered delivery of a all day breakfast baguette and was very disappointed to find I only received 1 sausage cut in half, this is ridiculous why is it when you order from Gregg's you get Scammed!

I asked for a hot sausage roll as I spotted a fresh tray which had obviously had not long come out of the oven. I pacificaly asked for a freshly made one. The woman who served me selected one from the almost empty adjacent tray declaring it was warm. Infact it turned out to be cold and had probably been sitting there for ages. If there is one thing I can't stand it's being fobbed off like an idiot by an idiot. This is very disappointing because the person who served me is better than that and if she had been instructed to sell the barely edible ones first she should have been honest with me and I would have had to option choose something else or go to Greggs in the High Street.

Went here earlier after college and I ordered some food and it came hot and fresh like advertised compared to that run down establishment on the high street that claim to be a greggs when they might aswell just be a ice cream shop with how coldTheir food is.
