New menu has changed GBK for the worse I'm afraid. Essentially it's McDonald's but more expensive. Smash burger just had some sloppy cheese sauce, nothing else and some insipid lukewarm fries.

Myself & my daughter visited GBK Bluewater earlier today. Max alongside Phoebe was incredibly attentive, ensuring our experience was perfect. Max was clearly extremely busy, greeting every customer ensuring they were happy & no one was kept waiting.

Food was nice but portions have shrunk considerably since before the pandemic. My £10 burger was the same size as my daughters child size burger and the fries were definitely smaller. No hey hey salt, no refillable drinks anymore.

WE used to like GBK, not any more. The "new menu is rubbish, no salad dressing, awful cheap sloppy coleslaw. The grilled chicken tasted ok , what there was of it. Bye bye

I visited this establishment to enjoy a burger for my son?s 20th birthday and it did not disappoint. I was impressed that even though it was a busy Saturday afternoon, we were seated within a minute and I discovered that I was able to download the app and placed the order from that. There was also the option to be served by a person and there was a QR code that allows you to open their website and place the order through that. We decided to go for the smashed burgers and they were very good indeed tasty and properly cooked. We also had an incredibly thick milkshake each that was ice cold and delicious and because I placed my order on the app we got one of the milkshakes (£5.75 each) free. We opted for a mixed salad and skinny fries and the fries were some of the best I?ve ever had. They were very skinny indeed but delicious and absolutely piping hot. Although the prices are a little on the high side for a burger. It is well worth it. If you get very high-quality our total bill came to £43 and that included 5% tip and I paid that on the app.
Parking: There are approximately 2000 car spaces in blue to so you should never struggle too much for a space
Wheelchair accessibility: Everywhere is wheelchair friendly with wide access doors, even on the lifts

Ordered today for the first time in years. If it was just based on food, I'd have given 4 or 5 stars. However customer service is severely lacking. Ordered via app to collect. Asked the lady at the till with tank top and jeans to check my burger didn't have bacon, all good so far. Told her student discount didn't work on app, nor could I get the free shake, she couldn't be any less interested even if she tried. Understand it's a chain so happy to just pay full price without a fuss. Ordered a sauce while collecting the takeaway, asked for a recommendation, she suggested Chipotle mayo. Got home to realise it had bacon. It's not hard guys. Wake up! Grab a coffee, whatever it takes to pay attention when you your neighbouring restaurants are significantly busier than you are. I'm sure it's a fair assumption you would like more business; doing the bare minimum required by contract in this day and age when consumers have more choice than ever is not a good example on how to run a restaurant.

I come to GBK all the time, but last couple of times I am leaving very disappointed. I tried to order and my tastecard wasn?t added to the final bill, and my order was 25% more expensive then I should have paid, also they haven?t blocked the beers they don?t have from the menu, and only after ordering they came to tell me only one option in a can was available, they gave me those instead which are cheaper than what I ordered? the burger is not as nice as it used to be as well? the standards here are really lowering down!!

Good place for a quite lunch, staff dident bother us once and just let us enjoy our meal. Burger was perfectly cooked to my request, Even the fussy kids enjoyed the food. The new hot hony butter wings were fantastic, nice and crispy, with just a little heat, there spicy bbq sauce is good especially when put in a burger I've been here a few times now and the food is always good, this place is turning into my new favorite place to eat. Phill was very helpful. 01/04/2024 Update today we were served by Kyanna and she was super lovely and helpful, I'd go as far as to say that she gave one of the best services I've had she is a credit to your business.

I had a lovely burger with blue cheese and sweet potato fries with chicken wings on the side. The burger was a bit messy to eat, but which burger isn?t? There were plenty of tissues on hand. Everything was served hot and quick.

I had a chargrilled chicken burger, it was £11 and, in my opinion, not worth it. I also had coleslaw, it was not very tasty, the best bit was the milkshake, it was tasty and there was a good sized metal beaker full of it.The restaurant is not to my taste and I won't be returning but you may love it, everyone is different
