Friendly and Knowledgeable staff. Helped me choose my perfect watch and was able to answer all my questions. Excellent Team, all happy to help and went above what you would expect from a usual sales person. Not pushy at all, which added to an enjoyable experience, highly recommend a visit.

The shop was good, after I found the item I wanted on there website I went to the outlet at Bluewater. I bought the item in full, however I had to wait for same item to be delivered. I had great difficulty in making contact with Goldsmiths before delivery, communication skills must be improved by phone and email. This is my experience only.

I was thoroughly pleased with my trip to the Goldsmiths Bluewater boutique, Hannah my sales lady was extremely knowledgeable, attentive and patient with me. As a younger person I can often feel out of place in some boutiques and I had previously had a bad experience earlier that day in another jewellers where I was reluctantly handed a watch but could feel I was being watched carefully, this put me on edge and shortly left that store and headed to Goldsmiths arriving 30 minutes before close. Hannah welcomed me and eagerly offered me to try on the same watch. I returned the next day to finalise the purchase that Hannah had set aside for me but overnight I had changed my mind and requested to view an few others. Hannah immediately got them out and explained everything about them and allowed me plenty of time to try them on. I believe I was in the boutique for about 2 hours. Overall it was her level of customer service that sealed the deal on a nice Tudor Black Bay. She never once made me feel I had to spend more or less but genuinely wanted to find the perfect watch for me. Couldn?t be happier with my purchase and she?s a standout sales woman especially for younger buyers like myself.

The worst diamond shopping experience ever!! Spoke to an old woman who was apparently a "diamond expert" her poor customer service and knowledge cost Goldsmiths a sale of at least £3k. She was clearly not interested in showing me any diamond earings or even offering any advice. Her attitude towards me was absolutely disgusting and i felt judged as a person.If anyone reading this is after diamond jewellery i would advise you to go to Browns, who offer amazing service and better quality diamonds.

Visited twice to try and purchase wedding rings for myself and my fiancé. Sadly the service received both times was shocking.We first visited on a Saturday and the sales person could not have been less interested in helping us. We returned the following Tuesday (in the hope that the bed service was because they were busy on the Saturday) and despite the store only having one other customer, we were still treated appallingly. I have had better experiences purchasing a cheap pair of earrings. We won't be returning and we certainly won't be purchasing our rings from here.

Great service from Goldsmiths. Me and my fiancé came and chose our wedding rings here yesterday and the staff could not have better. We were so happy with our purchases and Sam and Hannah were amazing. Will be going back here more often

Came in today to purchase a tag watch for my fiancé, was seen by jasper who was absolutely amazing - customer service was impeccable and made the whole experience unforgettable.Will be returning to purchase our wedding bands for sure.10/10 for Jasper and Goldsmiths bluewater!
