I had a very disappointing experience, particularly with a staff member named Ztenka, who was extremely rude. I purchased a jacket a week ago, but the zipper is faulty and won?t close properly. Despite the obvious issue, I was told it wasn?t the company?s responsibility. This place is a waste of time and money?definitely not recommended.

The experience was very nice with the staff. However, I bought a pair of shoes and was told even if I wore them and didn?t like them I can get a refund. I went back an hour later as it hurt my foot, asked politely for a refund and then the manager found a rip underneath the sole. Iv worn them for not even a hour and there is no way I caused a rip, we asked her politely again as she was becoming more aggressive in her tone and had a fit saying that they can?t take them back. We brought back a shoe from the shelf same as the one I bought that also had the rip and then she started yelling she can?t take them back. ( she was very rude ) we asked once again and yet she was still rude when we was nice.

My daughter bought a pair of trainers and when she brought them home, she'd been given the wrong colour. ( She should have checked I know). It took us a week to go back as we do not live locally only to be told that they couldn't exchange for the right colour because there was a mark on the back of the trainer (heel part). My girl explained that she hadn't worn them nor did she mark it so high up on the back but Aysha - the manager said she should have returned them sooner or called if there was a problem. So going in a week later with the bag, the box, the receipt and the tags still on the trainers is not sufficient enough!
Definitely won't be going there again.

A young woman with glasses served me at the till and forgot to take my tag off and then I come back the next day and she stropped and physically slapped the bag around my face no one was compliant even the manager was unhelpful. Very disgraceful

Rude staff unprofessional attitude when dealing with customers. When last display models only left and they were shop soiled no discount was offered. Have found other branches to be much better trained in customer service in comparison. Would recommend buying online if this store is your only choice.

Poorly run rude staff headoffice need to take care of this
