Very busy but worth the wait, juicy burgers. Crispy fries. They made a mistake on my burger, quickly resolved. Great customer service.

Went there at 21:55 and they wouldn?t serve me. Despite their closing time is at 10pm. He said I will not make a whole order now for you guys ?. Lazy young people that you shouldn?t employ anywhere if you want your business to succeed !!

I ordered Via Just Eat. My Burger, Chips & Drink come but my £10 milkshake didn?t! Wouldn?t advise ordering it via Just Eat, Uber Eats, Deliveroo. At all.

I?ve walked past them for years that day I decided to what was up. I?d previously tried my work colleague chips bought from there and the chips were great from memory. I tried their cheese burger for the first time it was decent, filling, nice but for some reason I expected to be on cloud nine especially re the prices I spent £10-£20 the cheese burger wasn?t great or bad it was just nice and ok.

When I ordered the cheeseburgers for my family,I did not realise that the burgers,chips and drinks were all separate items,instead of priced as a meal.I could not really taste the difference between my burger,and those of other burger places.l found the seating very hard and uncomfortable,what happened to the foam padding!I was disappointed to find only fizzy drinks or milkshakes on the menu,I personally enjoy a nice coffee when I am out!I am sorry to say that the meal was overpriced and not particularly tasty,and so I will not be visiting the restaurant again.

Nice food, but please don't rush people at the till. Not everyone is familiar with the menu, the process or the options and it is also hard to hear what is being asked at the till. Please be more aware of people with invisible disabilities such as hearing difficulties etc. It might be good to write the process down and display it for novices i.e.1. Choose your sandwich/burger/hot dog2. Choose your toppings3. Choose your fries4. Choose the seasoning for your fries5. Choose your drink6. PayThanks

I?m on a quest to find the perfect Burger this Easter and I was truly disappointed with my cheese burger today. The bun was COLD and the onions were big chunks not caramelised enough. This isn?t on guys!! One large portion of chips was more than enough for 3 people but again the bun should never be cold :(
