Arrived to get my sim checked out and replaced. We were kept waiting over 30 minutes and eventually left because the staff made no attempt to apologise for the long wait or thanked us for out patience. This is really unacceptable and needs to be sorted or I'm off to Virgin

The staff here at this shop are not friendly to customers. I have very sad experience with them. The way they talk to me makes me decided to cancel my upgrading and even left EE to others net work providers despite my 10 years with them. The young staff here needs to be retrained on customer?s relationship approach. Sincerely speaking they are not promoting good image for your company. Very sad indeed.

Assistant manager (Kieran) was very friendly, understanding and helpful. After losing our phone, we needed to transfer the old number to a new SIM card. They were able to do this very quickly in a few minutes. Overall really pleased with the experience!

Dennis at EE is awesome!! I explained I didn't want a new phone or a new contract I simply wanted some advice on how to solve a storage issue on my mobile phone. Dennis helped me without even once trying to sell me a new phone. I very much appreciated his help and his honesty and when I do need a new phone I will definitely be buying from EE because of the customer service he gave me today. Amazing experience!I went to buy iPhone 13 Pro on contact with unlimited data and was successful. The staff are fantastic and professional. As an international student, I was offered the contact £73 a month with £50 upfront. I strongly recommend EE to students or people who are unable to meet certain requirements to go on a contact with other providers
