DO not go to this shop , after 5 visits and hours sitting there i walked out .lady dealing with us missed 2 appointments having gone on holiday yet failed to inform us and wasn't there for last one ,they treat you like there doing you a favour, please avoid this branch

Awful customer service skills here. The store is always empty and can see why. My mum spoke to someone from EE on the phone and they said if she ordered a screen protector any EE would be able to put it on for her so she went in branch. The worst telecommunications company in England. I do not recommend it.
