Helpful transferring all my stuff over my phone, could do with getting off thier personal phones and speaking to customers a little bit better instead of someone they've bumped into down the pub, other than that a decent experience! Would be made even better by cleaning the tables and running a hoover round ?

Had a very enjoyable experience at the Upper Thames walk store in Bluewater. Was served by NAV who was very patient and understanding, especially since I had a lot of questions. I never once felt pressured into buying any type of phone or tariff. All staff were at a safe distance (covid rules) or behind screens when talking to customers. Store looked very clean and well planned out. Would definitely go to this store again in the future.

My partner and I went to this store to enquire about adding a Samsung Galaxy tab S7 to her contract. Upon saying we can?t do it this month and it?s just an enquiry we were told that the additional payment won?t be added until the month after next, making it November?s payment. As this was a large selling point for us we decided to go ahead and add it on the assumption that we won?t need to pay the higher contract value until November. When October came EE tried to take the higher contract value. Puzzled, we contacted the EE customer service line where we got in contact with someone who was very helpful and organised for someone from this store to contact us. Upon receiving contact we were told we only have two options and that was to take the tablet back or to accept a very small amount of the balance to be credited. Overall we are very disappointed that from the start we were blatantly lied too and this has caused a lot of stress upon us that didn?t need to happen. If they were truthful and told us to come back in a months time to add it when we could do it then there would be no issue in the first place. I do not recommend this store to anyone looking to get a plan.

I got the phone i wanted at a good price but the staff are trying to act like the guys in the apple store and it just does not work for me. hence i dont buy apple products and i wont go back into that store for another 2 years!!!
