If you're thinking of taking your phone here to get it repaired, don't bother. Twice now I have attempted to get a battery replacement which is supposed to be covered by the warranty and therefore be free of charge, and instead they have attempted to charge me almost £200 both times to just replace the battery when there is nothing else wrong with the phone. Absolute joke.

Staff here were helpful and professional and sorted a new contract at a decent price in no time for my partner. I have no hesitation in recommending this EE store in bluewater lower level.

W e were served by Thomas very helpful took time to help us get me the plan I wanted no full moved on my phone and made sure we we happy with everything before we left read all the contract so am pleased I travelled 38 miles great service well done to Thomas and EE 5***** service all to use

Unfortunately it was one of those days and I managed to smash my phone, a Google pixel 6.Google has an "approved" list of repairers to choose from, great. I called my local EE in Bromley. But then was refereed to their bluewater branch as apparently only they repair devices.I ring them up and asked for a quote. They couldn't give me a quote but gave me a ruff estimate of £180. ( Which is what google estimates also).Ok great, I asked if I need to book. They told me no but come in early as they may run out of slots. Took the car and arrived in the store.You got the impression none of them really knew what they were doing. They also asked for "proof of purchase" which was a bit strange but ok. After giving over all my personal information and waiting a good 10 minutes I am then told the estimated cost would be 800 bloody pounds. You kidding me? AND that it would take a day, so sorry you may have to come back. ( I was told it would take 2 hours to complete over the phone) what a joke.Luckily enough I stumbled across Ismash downstairs. Lovely people and happy to help. Quoted £250 to repair and told it would take 1 1/2 hours. Came back in exactly that time and it was waiting for me behind the counter. Couldn't be happier.Do yourself a favor and avoid the muppet show at EE, useless ripoff merchants.

Would give 0 if I can. Had the back glass cover damaged and was hoping to get it fixed. Called first at 530pm to check availability and was told it will be checked and possibly fixed if I come between 6 and 7pm. Rushed home from train and got in the car straight to get there at 630, only was to be told that it is now full and won't be looked at. Then I asked to check if this is something they can fix, took to the back for the repair team to look. I was falsely promised that it can be fixed at their store and just need to arrange a quote. No one in the store can do the quote (considering this is a repair store) then had to spare someone from upstairs to come do it. She took one look and said they won't fix anything for back cover. Was very unhelpful despite the repair team said they can do it earlier. Basically wasted time and rushing over for nothing.Went down to iSmash instead and super helpful team there. Even they didn't have the part to fix, they were so helpful in finding me other store that has the part for me to go the next day. Went to have it fixed the next day and they are ALSO SAMSUNG ACCREDITED.Completely opposite experience and would NEVER RETURN THAT 'you can change the experience around' - quoting from all the replies you get for negative feedback.

My phone was stolen for more than 2 weeks, it was with a contract for Virgin, I was a client there for 4 years, I waited for a SIM card for 2 more weeks, they didn?t send me, I called them 6 times during this timethen I decided to change for another and came to EE was in the bluewater store made a contract and I was served by a man named David was very attentive and good, I put five stars for the service. Thank you.

Shop was ok and not busy so i was able to speak to a member of staff straight away, which is unusual for a phone shop.The member of staff i talked to didn't know all the information i was asking about. This was probably because EE are trying to offer too many things.They offer lots of phones and lots of options but I think i will stay with O2 as i can get a better deal direct with 02.

Took my Samsung S22 Ultra in for screen replacement...customer service was excellent...David whimpered me was excellent....job competed in under 2 hours and without fault. I have an S21 that's been in the draw with a cracked screen for over a year...I'll be taking that in next week aswell

Popped in here yesterday I was told there is a Samsung representative based in the store.Strangely enough the guy who confirmed he is a Samsung rep was wearing an EE T-shirt.? Anyways I was hoping to get my screen fixed - "glued back" it had slightly detached from the back section.The "Samsung Rep" was very frendly,kind & polite however he told me they do not have screens for my particular phone? & did not check the Samsung website or stock situation via their till or back room to check the next availability date or stock order etc..so the phone couldn't be fixed.?This seemed like very minimal support from a "Samsung Rep" trying to find solutions for a slightly detached Samsung screen.?This might be a good shop for EE Customers or EE situations...however do not bother if not.

Extremely poor customer service. Went to repair my phone. Provocative individual, no listening capability. Definitely, not visiting ever again !

The 5 asian guys working at EE just stared me down head to toe. This made me feel so uncomfortable that we regretted entering the store. The whole store was empty so they had all gathered around one table. And as we entered the store.. it is very unprofessional and distressing that we left as soon as we could. Me and my partner were shocked and felt very uncomfortable.

Went in to see if they could fix my phone screen but was told that they didn't do my model and that the closest store that did was in Ashford. When I asked how much it might cost, I was told that because they don't have the parts they couldn't tell me. They just advised me to go to a different store instead. This was such a different experience that I had in other EE stores so I felt pretty let down by the experience.

Really good experience. Popped in here on the off chance re a problem with my phone charging only intermittently. Spoke to Dav (or Bav - sorry I forget) but this gentleman was really helpful and pleasant. He sorted out my issue in a couple of minutes. Would highly recommend.
