I have recently completed the purchase of my residential home in Slade Green by E & C Estates Ltd, they also found a Tenant for my property in Abbey wood. From my very first contact with them, everyone I had dealt with had been friendly, knowledgeable and extremely efficient. I was always kept informed throughout and the advice I received was very welcome and spot on.The office informed me very quickly when the property I recently purchased came on the market and it fitted my requirements perfectly. They made a potentially stressful experience remarkable easy, because of the benefit one stop shop, the conveyance was done in house by their sister company Estate and Corporate Solicitors who did and amazing job. Also, they referred me to a surveyor that was very good indeed.In conclusion I would like to thank all the staff at E & C Estates for their excellent service and will certainly be recommending E & C Estates Ltd to anyone I know who is looking to sell, buy or let a property.

Excellent team; very professional but also has the unique personal touch that may be difficult to find elsewhere.
