Very understaffed, waited nearly half an hour to find a staff member upstairs! Also had a terrible customer service from one of the female staff members working in the blinds/curtain section, she clearly has issues (drew the curtsin on her!)

Great place to shop. Good prices good quality items. Let down by thier Druver Russell from Dartford delivery center who see fit to take a £20:00 tip from a pensioner....my mother..... then refuse to fit the feet. Luckily his colleague wasn't as greedy and unhelpful and said let's fit the feet.

Our number 1 place for updating our property. We love the decor and furniture additions. In the latest tripmwe got ourself new cushions and pouffe. The cafe is a great place to take time out during the shopping and compliments the whole experience. There is also toilets.

extremely poor when you cant go shopping, spend hundreds of £ in a shop then they give you a parking charge for shopping there. WONT BE SHOPPING AT DUNELM AGAIN!

Hi I?m maya and I had the best time at dunelm today; it really is the home of homes! The workers are wonderful, especially one who kept saying ?you alright?. The fake plants are to die for just really wish they came with a watering can. Thankyou
