We went in to dreams today to purchase a new mattress and received excellent customer service from Kate. A warm greeting and nothing was too much trouble and she looked after us from start to finish. We were given the chance to try sleep match, were offered a drink and a pillow to try the beds. Thank you for making mattress shopping non pushy, relaxed and enjoyable ?

We had an amazing experience at the Dartford branch. Me and my wife were so happy with the customer service we received from Kate!!!! She was absolutely amazing. She was so helpful in help us pick a bed for son and especially helpful with choosing the right mattress for him given his age weight etc.. but along with that Kate was a pleasure to talk to She was so kind and was so helpful to us. I have brought a bed from Dreams 6 years ago, but would definitely recommend the Dartford branch as the service we recieved was second to none. Thank you Kate for all your help today. I visited back in February 2025 to view a specific bed frame and try out the mattresses in preparation. I ordered my single Cambourne mattress and came back to order the same mattress as Rochester in King Size. Tried out the Dreams Sleep Match and it confirmed I needed a Firm mattress to which I ordered. Happy with the product. Worth the money. The text service is also amazing, you get a text when your delivery is due 2 hours in the day. If you are local to DA area visit the Dartford store and speak with Richard. He is very helpful and extremely knowledgeable.
