We were absolutely delighted with the service from Any Drains Direct and highly recommend. Kenny was great - prompt efficient knowledge and very pleasant indeed. He identified and resolved the problem with our antiquated plumbing and made suggestions for improvement for us to take to the leaseholder. All in all a great service

Honestly Kenny, what a legend. Not only was the turnaround time from calling to arrival rapid but such a lovely and genuine guy. He was also very knowledgable without overwhelming or borning me with data. Couldnt recommend enough and calling abck for the camera survey next week.

Brilliant service from Kenny- identified the issue quickly and promptly fixed the blockage. Even helped to investigate further down the line and identified a bigger issue with the main sewer that the water company need to fix. Really clear communication and really pleased with the service.

Excellent service from start to finish. Kenny was very responsive, pleasant and easy to deal with, and took the time to explain the problem and our options clearly. Part of our drain had previously been replaced with the wrong type of pipe by our builders, and he was able to carry out an interim “band-aid” repair to hopefully avoid having to dig everything up and replace it. We’ll see how the repair holds up, but for now we’re very pleased with the service and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

Kenny dealt with our blocked toilet (on the hottest day of the year!) swiftly and with professionalism. He explained everything clearly and showed us the imaging from the camera investigation. We need more work done on the old system we have and will definitely get Kenny back to carry the work out for us.

We recently used these guys for a particularly difficult drainage issue and honestly couldn’t recommend them highly enough. The level of knowledge, problem solving and determination from the team was exceptional from start to finish.
The works involved some very challenging conditions, but they approached everything professionally, kept communication clear throughout, and went above and beyond to find a solution where other options would have been extremely disruptive.
It was great working with a company with this level of specialist capability and commitment to getting the job done properly. A credit to the industry and we wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or recommend them to others.
Thanks to the whole team and a special mention also has to go to Kenny, who we dealt with primarily throughout the process. He was incredibly helpful, approachable and reassuring from day one, always taking the time to explain things clearly and make sure everything stayed on track. His support and dedication really made a difficult situation much easier to deal with.
