It's a good location for a stop over. It is a doubletree and not a regular Hilton, so it's an older hotel made feel abit more modern. I would probably rate it as a 3 star hotel. Overall it was fine, clean and was comfortable.

Really good experience for what is essentiallly motorway hotel. Feels more upmarket and has a good restaurant for brekkie in the morning. My room was spacious and clean and also freshly painted.

Dear Management,I am writing to express my disappointment regarding my recent stay at the Hilton DoubleTree Dartford from February 9th to 11th. Despite being a regular guest, my experience this time was far from satisfactory.Upon arrival, I encountered unfriendly reception staff, which immediately set a negative tone for my stay. Furthermore, I was surprised to find that basic amenities such as slippers, bathrobes, toothbrush kits, and even a bottle of water were not provided in the room. Additionally, there were no welcome cookies offered, which was a departure from the usual warm hospitality I have experienced at DoubleTree properties.Moreover, I must mention that there was a strong smell of white spirit on the floor, which was quite unpleasant and made my stay even more uncomfortable.We were intoxificat with the white spirit, it is unbelivable to let customer in such condition.Also the Heater in the room was automatically getting off after 30 min.Overall, this stay was far below the standard I have come to expect from Hilton properties.I hope that steps will be taken to address these issues to ensure a more enjoyable experience for future guests.Sincerely,RAFIQ Irfan

I stayed in this hotel with my family. We went out and came back to find out that someone had come into our room and stole some money from my back. Bally the hotel manager reassured us and refund what was stolen.On another occasion I made a reservation for a one bed room suite but when I arrived at the hotel I was told that the room I reserved was not available because the previous occupier broke the window of the room. I ask the receptionist to cancel my reservation and process a refund. Unfortunately the receptionist cancel my reservation as a late cancellation and didn't process a refund. Spoke to bally the following week and she confirmed a refund with issued out to me which am still yet to receive.I will never stay in this hotel again.

Someone tried to break into our van. Drilled through the locks and bent metal out. We were parked close to a camera on the main hotel building and very close to the main entrance. The hotel staff claims that their procedure doesn?t allow us to see any footage of what has happened. From some online research I read there is a lot of similar cases in the area from other hotels as well.
