Not at all helpful, staff not interested if you have not completed the documentation at your home. Attitude is that you are wasting their time, the courier work is a problem for them and they make it clear that they don?t want to help you. They will give the minimum advice usually enough to get your delivery failed and returned at your expense and time. Give the DHL agency to someone else who will take a little pride in their service - please
