I never write reviews but I feel I have to for this place.
My friends and I went here for the first time, and although the staff aren?t very friendly , it?s fine, sometimes it?s nice to just sit peacefully whilst getting your nails done.
I was happy with my nails, my friend however, had the man there do her nails. He was rude from the start. Huffing and puffing because she asked for ombré nails. He rushed her nails, didn?t use cuticle oil like the other ladies did, she had to ask someone else if they could apply some.
We returned again, thinking maybe they were just having a bad day.
It was my turn to get the miserable man doing my nails. This time he applied the wrong colour to my nails, when I told him it wasn?t the right one, he raised his voice and started complaining that I didn?t like the colour (well no, otherwise I would have chosen that colour) he then applied the correct colour, but every time he needed my other hand, he?d pull it aggressively towards him. At one point he was so busy looking around that he caught my hand with the machine and took skin off, there was no apology, he just looked at it and sighed.
Then to finish off, while he was brushing the dust from my hands, he hit my knuckle with the wooden brush. Again, no apology.
No cuticle oil applied either, but I expected that.
At the end of our appointment, a lady walked in to ask how long the wait might be, he replied ?long wait? she didn?t hear them so she said ?oh sorry, how long did you say?? To which a couple of them shouted back at her ?LONG WAIT..!!!?
The man there is just rude, they obviously don?t enjoy their jobs and certainly don?t like people.
Safe to say we won?t be returning.

I booked an appointment at 2:30 and did not get seen until 40 minutes after. I would understand if I had done a walk in , however this was a scheduled appointment and was still waiting a long time. I had another beauty appointment in Dartford which I had missed just because the staff could not stick to my timed appointment. I won?t recommend booking here as they would treat you like a walk-in customer.Staff were not understanding when I had mentioned the inconvenience caused.

Very clean shopElaine is the best! I always left the pedicure satisfied and because I saw how carefully she worked I wanted to try the massage all over my body, she did a great job! Thank you Elaine!

Got a lovely pedicure done here in September before my holiday. Good service, good pricing however I suggest booking online as they changed the price in store. They take cash and bank transfer.

If I could give zero I would. Extremely rude man laughing at me and being very unprofessional. The other worker was shouting at me because I asked if I can see another colour. Extremely extremely rude would NOT reccomeng

I lost one of my nail on Saturday and I called 17:30 to my nail place ,,Lilley Nails,, explained situation and that I could be there in next 15 min but they refused to fix my nail. So I walked down the dartford High Road and off chance asked if anyone can help me. I almost lost hope when I walked trough these doors lovely lady called Tracey fixed my nail. I was so happy that decided to do my new infils with this lovely ? team. In picture is my new infils ? made by Nham. Really lovely person and atmosphere was amazing ?
