They are disorganised and don't serve people in order of arrive to get their tyres sorted.., waited 45 minutes and then they started serving another car arrived after me before my. Zero customer service. Drove away without service and will never go back again there.

Although I understand the previous positive reviews by other customers this company has a way to go with showing favoritism and customer service. I bought a brand new premium tire and in 16 hours discovered it to be flat. As I returned, I was asked to wait in the 1 hour queue again, when they eventually serviced me, the attendant was curt, dismissive and rude. He told me it was likely a fox had bitten the tire which I find highly suspicious as it was the back of the tire affected and my car is very low meaning it would be very difficult for a fox to climb under. Also, my car is kept in a garage overnight so no foxes have access. I suspect they sold me a faulty tire disguised as a new one. They were very unhelpful and offered no apology, discount or sympathy. I would recommend purchasing tires online or in person and asking your trusted mechanic to fit.
