Walked into Curry's Store Crayford looking for a new TV I had the TV model in mind that I wanted and was hoping to purchase the model.After waiting some time I asked a Curry's Store assistant who told me the model I wanted was out of stock for 1 week the Store assistant Stephen suggested another model which was in stocks and over £40 cheaper and still energy efficient. Stephen quickly supplied me the TV and registered me at the till I am very happy the Service Stephen gave me and am happy with my new TV thank you Stephen ?

No staff and I mean no staff and the rudeness most unhelpful manager. Refused to serve me when he was stood doing nothing by the door. Apparently the store is like apple you need an appointment to buy something. Apple have staff. How can you have 1 staff member on in a store of this size. I walked out.

I went to buy a fryer and got served by BABITA and she helped me so good in finding that fryer. It was as a display fryer she talked to her manager and got permission in selling that item which was very useful for me. I usef it and it was amazing product.

I had a very disappointing experience today in Crayford. From the moment we entered, no staff member acknowledged me or offered any assistance. When I finally approached a staff member for help, I was met with a rude response?he simply said he couldn?t help because he was going for lunch.
Beyond that, I also felt there was an element of discrimination in the way we were treated, which made the experience even more unpleasant. Good customer service should be a priority, and unfortunately, that was completely lacking here. I hope the management takes steps to improve both their staff?s professionalism and inclusivity.

ANNA (Shop Live - Crayford Store) was absolutely INCREDIBLE! This lady is truly the meaning behind what it means to be a decent human being who listens and problem solves WITH the customer rather than relying on 'computer says no' mentality. Fantastic and natural customer service with a willingness to help. Helped me through what was becoming an unnecessary stressful situation and even made me spend more money than I had intended. I recently visited the Currys store in Crayford branchand had a positive experience. My stepfather was experiencing some issues with his laptop and the staff were incredibly helpful. They took the time to understand the problem, offered some troubleshooting tips, and even helped him resolve the issue without having to bring the laptop in for repair. The staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. I would definitely recommend this store to anyone in need of tech support or looking to purchase electronics.

Went to currys to purchase a new mobile phone. When I eventually got the attention of an assistant. He rolled his eyes and tutted when I asked if they had a different colour. I left the store and purchased it elsewhere.

Extremely disappointed with Currys? service! Paid extra for washing machine installation, expecting it to be done promptly. Instead, they scheduled the installation a week later! What?s the point of paying for a service if they can?t deliver it on time? Poor communication, zero accountability, and terrible customer service. Won?t be shopping here again!??
