I nice, fresh, clean place to have a cup of coffee. Was very busy on a Sunday afternoon and no problems with service.Dietary restrictions: I find costa very poor for vegan/dairy free options compared to other coffee chains.

You should provide full training to your employees before put them on the counter. I fully understand that the are beginners, but to wait 10-15 min for a coffee and a muffin (which they forgot about it) it?s a joke. Not respecting the queue, not apologising? it?s sad.
