Poor customer service, you will also be only serviced if you have taken your token ticket. If you are new customer who is not aware of this kind of customer care, then you will waste your time at Clark and other possible shopping options. If after you are served being waited an hour with the token and the don't have the size, just imagine the frustration. Poor customer care.

We bought school shoes for our 4 year old son online to find that they were too tight for his feet. We went to Clark?s in bluewater to get his feet measured, without an appointment. Despite it being a busy Saturday morning, we were seen immediately by Jessica, who was very patient and friendly putting our son at ease and helping us find the correct sized shoe. After trying a few, we found some which he was happy with and we were able to return the ones we bought online. It was a very positive experience and really highlighted the value of in-person shopping vs ordering online for these sort of purchases as it means our son can start school in a few weeks with comfortable shoes!

Always great service getting my now 3 year old feel measured. I left a bag there with some shopping called up 2 hours later after totally forgetting and the great staff had it saved for me to collect. Excellent. Thank you.

My daughter needed some new trainers and as she has wide feet I usually take her to Clarks for a fitting. We were served by a young man who was polite and professional without being overly chatty. The man measured as H width then informed me there are only 4 styles in the entire shop to choose from. We ended up going up half a size and down to G width. Have to say after looking online, there are barely any H width shoes to choose from there, too.

Staff happy to measure children's feet and find sale shoes in the relevant sizes. Big enough store that didn't feel crowded. Satisfactory range but could have more, given it's location.

One of the few remaining shops where staff are friendly. Maybe they work on commission but many of them said hello, our server went out of her way to help. The shoes are pretty expensive but the service matches it..you walk out with a smile.

Shoes are expensive but you get what you pay for. My last pair of Clarks shoes lasted about 15 years so this pair should see me out!

Still lacking trendy shoes for men. It's always difficult to come across a size 8 for men in Clark's stores that doesn't look from the ages of the Saxon's. It's 2023, Clarks!

Absolutely awful experience! I used to work in Clarks before but a different branch, and the staff here were rubbish, so many customers including myself were left unattended to. People on kids were holding tickets waiting to be served as well when it was barely busy. The girl who served me threw the shoes on the ground and sighed when saying here are your shoes. And before I left my friend had to alert a staff member that a customer needed help - do no recommend! >:(

Clarks really came through for me today- returned a pair of school shoes which were purchased in February this year (unworn, hadn't even come out of the box and had receipt still) and they happily allowed an exchange and partial refund for the difference.I was seriously impressed by this, and also the service I received from Andy, who went hunting for size 8s for my son.... and actually managed to find a pair my son liked!Thumbs up all round. Top customer service.

Very busy time...school children going back ..The lady who dealt with us seemed fed up with the whole thing ..not very friendly..not great..but I think maybe she'd just had enough
