Useless at best. All the manager has to do is read the screen and sign off the order. Please please employ people that can read and count. BK Greenhithe is horrible the staff are untrained and the restaurant is dirty.
I dare BK to challenge this. Go there see what?s going on.
Be careful not to get bitten by a rat. Disgusting, BK should be ashamed.

Avoid at all costs.
Extremely rude and unhelpful staff.
Toilets leaking everywhere and very unclean. Never been happier to leave without food!

Often stop off here on return journey from Darent Valley hospital. Menu is ok, often things we would order are unavailable such as milkshake and there drinks machine has been in need of repair for weeks so only certain ones available.

Food is great, Staff very helpful feel sorry for them. All the customers hating them for doing their job. Get a reality check all at the end of the day they're doing their job. Keep up the good work hope to come back soon
