The store is fine, the lady who was working on the pharmacy today however, was useless. I wanted to buy canesten cream, on its own, baring in mind you can buy combo packs (which include the cream) literally from the shelf. And she said she couldn't let me buy it. I cba to argue about it so I just left. Again, just absolutely useless.

Pharmacy. It's hit and miss. Mostly miss. Given this is for medication to keep you healthy and alive, consistency is what you need and this branch does not deliver that and my advice would be to use the alternative across the street on station road.
Main store. It's in a convenient location at the retail park and that is probably the nicest thing I can say about it. You will most likely find basics you need but don't assume or rely on something specific.

I popped in to see what No 7 offers were on having recieved an email and there were no No 7 consultants. I was advised to go to a different store!

I would highly advise anybody to change chemist to the one across the road (Station Rd chemist). This is because the staff at boots chemist Crayford are literally there to collect there wages every week and have no consideration for the public. Along with that, you will also find that they do not tend to have your full subscription which means you end up returning several times.

Went to Boots in Crayford to look for some skincare, went around 6:30pm and it was fairly quiet. I was constantly followed by the security guard and watched the whole time as if I was going to take something! I wasn?t once asked if I needed help. I felt so uncomfortable that I just had to leave and obviously didn?t get what I needed.

I would like to recommend the young girl who was working on the No.7 counter this morning. She had excellent knowledge and was so very helpful. Unfortunately I didn?t get her name but she explained all about the new eye serum and she found the correct concealer for my eyes. She obviously enjoys her job.

Absolute joke 1 queue for prescriptions and pharmacy never had half of what I wanted never charged me for what I had so I went to the checkout only to wait 10 minutes for assistance that never cameI went to the person controlled till but told I have to pay at the pharmacy went back to the pharmacy and told to get back in the queue ..actually stick it where the sun don't shine I then went to a proper pharmacy and got everything I wanted and was in n out in 5 minutes
