Incompetent staff who doesn?t know what they are doing and wasting peoples time. I was asked to come back 3 times for nothing! They asked me to make my way to Boots in Bluewater to contraceptive pills which I did and guess what, they don?t do don?t do the service! What a disaster you boots staff wasting my time.

Opticians: The staff at this store were really welcoming and friendly. My appointment ran on time and my optician was great. I don't find getting my eyes tested a comfortable experience but everyone helped put me at ease and I had a good experience.

Pharmacy waiting time terrible. Opened after 9 o'clock not first time they always late then had to wait for in charge person 10min so already running late nearly then asked for my prescription which should be ready packed but it wasn't and had to wait another 20min for someone to sign it. In total 35min waiting time as a 3rd in the queue. Pore man behind counter working under pressure on his own because Menagment don't care!!! Come on boots head office sort it out not fair on him and customers. Cleanliness really pore fronts desks disgusting and fridge with drinks and sandwiches dirty and empty.

Absolutely shocking experience in store today. I was told that I was unable to use a chair to sit on to breastfeed, and I should go to the nearest toilets.

I have been having my annual eye test at Boots opticians Dartford for several years and they have always been very professional. I would like to thank Charu for making my last visit above my expectations. She was personable, helpful, knowledgeable and very thorough. She made the time to explain about the eyes, the test procedures, results and answered my questions in an easily understandable way. Excellent; 10 out of 10.

Went to the pharmacy to collect a prescription and I was reminded why pharmacy2u online service is so much better. Staff were only interested in petting dogs and chatting. Disgrace of a service.

Is so frustrating when you cannot get through on the phone to check up if they have received prescription mandate from medical practice as now have run out of my blood pressure drugs as they have taken it off the hook (presumably they are too busy to answer). I'm a 77 year old lady with mobility problems, live on the other side of the M25, presently have no-one to assist me and live on my own and have to get a cab to get to Boots and they will not deliver prescription to me. I am not able to afford to get cabs willy nilly in the hope that they have received prescription and may be dispensing it and also becoming fairly frail. Feel that there is something drastically wrong in the attitude to such customers here.
Chose to have my prescriptions sent here as I thought Boots was a trusted name but am very disappointed. Either more staff need to be recruited if they cannot cope or something done.

Went into pharmacy. One person dealing with customers. Waited 20minutes to collect prescription. When opened half way home part of prescription was missing. Walked back, waited again!. When I explained half was missing was questioned if they were both on same prescription. Pharmacy checked and part was still on order!. Now how easy and good customer service would it have been to explain that when collected initially.instead I had to walk back again whilst in pain!!!!! A nice smile politeness does go a long way. If I had treated parent of pupils that way I would have been reprimanded. A courteous response goes long way. Worst pharmacy ever been too

Usually a friendly store, with ample staff. Today, on a Saturday, there were four staff members on the shop floor. Having waited for ten minutes on the 1st floor to collect a click & collect package, with no evidence of any staff, I had to find someone downstairs who was stocking shelves to help me. Another person, who appeared to be a supervisor, then appeared, who didn't acknowledge us, knowing we'd been hanging around, seemingly uninterested.
What has happened to Boots?
The gentleman on the till on the ground floor was very helpful, I must add.

Large store, large section for perfumes makeup, baby items. Security guard at front door towards the high street entrance. Some areas in the store are messy and stock lying around.

Massive queue 4 prescriptions but I & others needed over the counter items. We're very overworked but people wandering around doing nothing & kept saying someone was coming to help but noone arrived. Great when u feel ill
