! Very rude staff, my nails were horrific! Upon complaining the Manager did not have the decency to look at me in the face. She spoke to her staff in their language to take off some money, but they were not willing to actually fix my nails. I am now going back to where I normally go to have a completely new set of nails done. my best advice don?t bother coming here! Nails after three days.Services: Pedicure

The manager is extremely rude and condescending. The nails are rushed and not very well done. Will Never be going back there again. Please do not waste your money here. There are better places in Dartford to get your nails done that will treat you with respect and actually do your nails properly!

I wouldn't go anywhere else for my nails. They are always amazing, the quality is second to none, and the shop is spotless. I have SNS which has really improved the growth and quality of my nails. You will definitely not be disappointed.

Really not happy with the service, I came to get a new set on my hands and gel on my toes. It took 3 hours because they were extremely slow! Then I wore shoes today (2 days after doing my toes) and the gel toes I did have all come off. I definitely wouldn?t come back

I?ve been going to BB Nails & Beauty for the last year and they are the best! I love my nails every time, I?ve had both SNS and acrylic. They are always very punctual, friendly and helpful. 5 stars!!

I like getting my nails done here it?s clean and the staff are friendly and most importantly my nails always look nice. However I would recommend you book in advance as they are always busy
