Great bank and great service, I travel from Greenhithe to use this branch. But since when do you close at 3pm?! I?m sure it used to be 4:30pm?? I came at just before 4pm yesterday and found it now closes at 3!?

It's seems strange that this bank do not ask a verification of a payment being made.My card details were stolen and a lot of money has left my account and barclays does absolutely nothing.Do not use this bank it seems that they get money from transactions so they much rather not let you know when your card is being used and ask for verification.Fix this up, money is being stolen and you do nothing.

I prefer going to the branch and speaking to someone rather than filling up in forms online. The lady at the desk was dismissive, wasn?t helpful and said I needed to wait till January - 0 starts for her. Luckily a lovely gentleman overheard and advised he could help as i had my proof of ID. I would like to thank Avinder for saving me the hassle. He showed great customer service skills and is very knowledgeable.

Shout out to Michael, who today expertly assisted and informed me of some very useful functions on the Barclays banking app, that saved me waiting in queue! Next time I can just use the app instead of coming in branch. Bonus, clearing of funds done in 24 hours rather than 3 working days! Thank you Michael.

Wife went in yesterday, was told, embraced online banking. They set it up for her, this morning she tried to get on phone. Locked out, says pin is wrong, no it isn't. She only put it on yesterday. NOT HAPPY. if she has to get phone unlocked it will cost 50 quid and she will lose everything on it. All kids pics, the lot. Going in this morning

The new Barclays bank copperfields Dartford opened yesterday it is fresh & bright looks more like a cafe inside only one cashier. The machines are opposite osies cafe not much room for people to walk past i didn't use it felt unsafe wouldnt use them alone who decided to put them in a place like that.

Queues outside the bank ridiculous. Should be better controlled and could move faster. Could be more people working in the bank. Expect a waiting time of no less than 1hour .

I always use this branch, the staff have a chat with you, but still manage to get you in and out very quickly.
