Terrible ques, waited when got to the till I was standing in front of two avaliable cashiers with a paper bill in my hand and a small amount of cash to pay, was told to go out use the ATM outside and they want to start operating a cashless machine driven system in 2 months time anyway!\\nOne of the staff which i will confirm when Barclays enlighten me, looked on the bill and said the payee has a HSBC acc go to them ? I explained to her No HSBC in Bluewater she smearked sarcastically ( yes you know who you are ) very good well done acting smart I'm front of your colleagues ? I have banked with Barclays nearly 20 years and suppose to be a Premier customer, I said maybe I should move my accounts to HSBC if this is how I get treated (Reply): yes do it it's your prerogative...?\\nFirstly I am sure this bank can handle a small amount of cash (£200) and secondly the customer service advisor made it her job to be sarcastic and awkward as possible and dug her heels in to be as unhelpful as possible.\\nI had a meal and cinema booked after within the shopping centre, this little act cast a shadow over our evening as spent the next hour eating a meal whilst on the phone Barclays Premier lodging a complaint. ??? and YES I have been assured you can pay cash and YES you can pay the bill via a cashier at the till.

I?m not sure who does the staffing schedules here but to have 1 cashier working the day after a long bank holiday weekend seems crazy. It shouldn?t take 30 minutes to speak to a cashier. I wish it was a one off but a visit to this branch is always a pain. I feel sorry for the staff who must have to put up with all the whinging from customers having to wait too long in the queue.

A huge thank you to Rachel at Barclays Bluewater store today who took the time to explain and assist in resetting my PIN code etc.Rachel was assisting on the front desk however she helped me from start to finish which I was extremely grateful for.Rachel was very friendly, helpful and her customer service was excellent.A credit to Barclays.Thank you.

So unorganised. Had an appointment booked for 10am to open a joint bank account needed ID check, me and my partner arrived and what a waste of time that was. They couldn?t ?find? my booking and that I will need to come back with another appointment. All staff miserable and not helpful

Barclays is actually rubbish seriously going to change banks , closed the standard and blackheath branches. So travel to bluewater and that branch closes at 4 pm! Utterly useless !!;

It's very horrible and not nice people staff. They are not helpful as they want go home on time BUT someone stole my credit card and spend over 1800pounds so I aks them help me block and money back... they gave me phone number so I am deaf... I remember few year ago and different staff was very kindly until 5.30pm sort it out and they should be finished 4pm but accept until 5.30pm. NOW THEY REFUSED... VERY RUDE... I CAN SEE FEEDBACK IS 2.7% will never back them...

Only come here if you have time to waste. Staff are extremely slow ? .. not asking to move fast .. just move like a normal pace which you are paid to do so! I wish I could record it how slowly the staff walk around and count !!! IncredibleUsually don't like saying this but Barclays need to install machine.. staff here don't like working

Very helpful staff. I needed 7 months of statements printed and stamped and the young Asian lady at the counter had no problem helping me with this. Customer service and customer interaction was spot on. Unlike the Bexleyheath branch who refused to even help me with this. The people complaining about customer service and waiting times need to pull their heads out their a**, not everything can be done in the 10seconds you?d like it to be done in.

Full of sour faced, battle axe individuals who have the sole purpose of making banking as difficult as possible. The team are vile, unhelpful, lazy and virulent liars. Special shout out to the most unhelpful and rude of the team: Linda and Kieran! You guys are both awful and need some lessons in customer service and speaking to customers.

When you get good service you really ought to shout about it and today I had the best customer service I've (ever) had in any Barclays before now. Queues were well managed and everything was explained to me clearly when I got to speak to the advisor (thank you Linda!), polite and efficient and pointing in the exact right direction (step by step) for the things I needed to do beyond my visit. Makes a lunchtime visit well worth it and blows long telephone queues and automated computers out the water. Thank you!

Very poor service from the staff who served me today. It was an Asian lady who looked miserable. Didn't smile and made me feel like a I'm a criminal for depositing my own money.My money wasn't deposited immediately and that's fine but she never told me that. She just handed me a receipt.It frustrates me when I give positive energy and be polite to staff members for them to only throw some sort of attitude.I know they've been busy. But it's no where near as busy as retail shops or fast food shops.Just miserable ?'s working there

Staff most unhelpful. It?s like they move slowly on purpose. Reminds me of that scene with sloths in one cartoon movie I watched with my kids. They should replace the staff with machines
