I?m giving a star because I can give zero , really disappointed my delivery was supposed to come 3 days ago they delayed it until today 3 days after they told me the delivery was supposed to come at 11 am it?s 3 pm and it didn?t come yet I?m trying to call their store no one is picking up , one of the team members picked up and then hung up on me just like that , the WORSE costumer service ever ????????

Visited store on 29/10 and was just going outside to the plant section and we saw a huge rat running across the auto doors!!! Didn?t go out & unlikely to visit again.

Extremely disappointed. Ordered online and was told order would be fulfilled by dartford store on Sunday. No show, no message. Builders waiting to work. Then one day later received an email, part of order was returned and reordered. No idea where the rest of my order is. Called again and again, can?t go through. Have complaint to senior management. Will never visit this store.

My original order placed on the Website was confirmed by email from B&Q showing exactly what I had ordered. However, on both occasions I received a different item to the one stated in the email. Each time I spoke with the CS assistant, they insisted that I had placed an incorrect order, despite the fact that I offered to send them the email I had received confirming that I had ordered the correct item. Today the delivery driver Justin took the time to listen to me, view the email and made a number of enquiries which helped to get to the root of the problem. I just wanted to say thank you so much Justin for not dismissing me, when you were not doubt very busy and had a number of other stops to make. Individuals like you are rare and I hope that you receive the appreciation you clearly deserve. The stars given here are solely due to the service I received from Justin.

Excellent click & collect service from B&Q dartford, jas a member of staff helped me by carrying two heavy bags of sand to my car.Happy disabled customer.

This is not against B&Q and I mean it but if I have to pay for parking before I go in then I am not going to use this B&Q.I love B&Q. The customer service it good in general but when I have Gravesend near by and the first 3hrs are free it is a no brainer. When Screwfix parking is free.i am not going to Darford B&Q . Sorry.

nice store, large selection. If you can't find something, ask Aron, he will find everything for you. He is the best
