The staff were polite and helpful there is enough space to get around great shop to buy household things.

Good place to basic items. From dishes, toys, car items, clothes, food.. there is a coffee shop upstairs and toilets facilities.

Very inconvenient to navigate and the cafe is always closed. Don't recommend shopping here it's not worth even worth stealing here im sorry. Tahere's also an escalator that only goes up and doesnt go downwards and the lift is all the way at the back of the shop it's wildly inaccessible. This place is not demure and certainly not mindful. I'll give five stars just so that the employees can pay their bills. I hope the franchiser steps on a Lego at 3am when they wake up to take a wee.

You can eat and have coffee from the the Cafe which is Okay...but asda chose to lock toilet facilities now so be warned!!

Loads to choose from and several products on offer. The shop is well arranged and staff take particular interest in making sure the aisles are clear and things are kept orderly.
Great collection of books/household products/clothes for the family.
Loads of toys for kids and pretty much everything you might need for the house.
They do not sell white goods and have a limited/ no fresh produce for a quick grocery shop.
They check outs were well staffed, who were polite and thorough.
Parking is free for 2 hours, ANPR in place and you do not need to purchase ticket/display ticket for that period. Loads of parking available on site.
Large shopping carts need a coin to release, shopping baskets available in store.

Was shopping there with my 92 year old mother who was desperate for the toilet to be told by the lady cashier upstairs you can only use the toilet if you have something to eat and drink in the cafe , I said she is 92 and she wouldn?t let her use the toilet absolutely disgusting ?
