Made the mistake of buying a microwave from them. Less than a week and it goes wrong. Took to Pepperhill store and exchanged it not too many problems. So 2nd one has same problem. This time. Kept everything receipt box everything. Took to Crayford as we was closer today. Big mistake. Ignored by the staff as they serve everyone that arrives after me. Had to explain several times what was wrong as the server didn't listen or understand that the microwave completely shuts down an restarts. Then treated as if I was a shoplifter for taking it back even though I had a receipt. Rude arrogant unhelpful and aggressive person who after over half hour at the counter finally gives me a refund. Never again will I ever shop again at Argos. Warning to everyone, if you shop online print out everything they send you screenshot texts and print them. Take a letter from both parents, grandparents and headmaster or you'll be treated like a criminal because the item you bought is faulty.

Negatives : Always a queue, staff do not know about products they selling if you request someone who does they refuse and ask you to telephone? Why will I go back and call when I?m already at store? Local HR and Management needs to step up

Bought a sofa bed the habitat brand broke within 3 weeks payed the difference for a bigger corner one that was delayed in delivery and still haven't received my good will gesture voucher I do not recommend ordering and delivery from argos its is stressful and frustrating

I purchased an American fridge freezer from Argos on 18 Sept. The lady on the till gave me an invoice but did not set it up delivery. She assured me that the product will arrive within 7 days. After 6 days I called customer service since I had no updates on my order. The customer service representative told me that there is not delivery scheduled since it was never put in the system. The earliest possible is October 5. The reason for me to buy an expensive product was to ensure early delivery as I was in urgent need to keep my medicines refrigerated.If you are buying products here ensure you call the very next day to ensure delivery has been scheduled. My experience with calling the store and expecting them to give me the reason around this was a big waste of time as the only thing they said that everything is a different system so it?s not their mistake it?s the mistake of warehouse who did not schedule a delivery.Surprisingly unprofessional unlike Argos service in general.

Each time I have used this store I have been extremely surprised by the knowledge and helpful assistance from the staff. Very nice young people

Was the closest store that had the Xbox Series X for pickup the same day so drove there and pick it up good parking plus staff are helpful and friendly

I do not usually write reviews but I had to share that this Argos sold me a TV with a broken screen. Upon taking it back to the store, I was denied a refund or exchange and blamed for the damage when it was genuinely not my fault and I unboxed it like this. The Store Manager is a self righteous power crazed man with no compassion. He is a person who draws pleasure and joy from the suffering of others and palming off faulty products on customers. This Argos branch needs Jesus

When you type in "argos Dartford" into Google, it comes up with this Crayford outlet. As a result, I could not pick up my item as I had travelled to the wrong one, and was too late to go to the other one, not Dartford.

Don't normally leave reviews on Google.... However, the girl who served me today (I really should of got a name) was ever so kind and helpful, even tho my item wasn't in stock, she went out of her way to come over to me to see if I found one that was in stock, she showed me what stores had the item I wanted, and off to Bexleyheath I went..I wouldn't normally leave a review even if I was happy however she was almost too kind for me not to.Just so she knows who she is the item was a usbc connector to usb :)
