I never knew buying a house could be so frustrating, unbelievable.Hands down to the team at Anthony Martins, they have gone above and beyond, always there when I needed them, I must have been a nightmare for them, still there professional manner have kept me updated every single step of the way..I just want to say a big thank you to you all, you've been brilliant.

I used their services before and was not happy. I left a negative review here and was called by a director promising to get back to me if I was to remove my review which I did. 6 months passed no news to my complaint. This time review stays and don?t bother calling.Response to owner: Your staff and your management failed to address our needs and concerns. We lost at least two months rent for your failure and on top of that none of you cared to give us a call back apart from the request to remove the review.

I cannot recommend Anthony Martin Estate Agents highly enough; from my valuation with Luke, to the completion of the sale of my property. The whole process was very smooth thanks to Tarkan and Joe at the Dartford Branch and it was always easy to get in touch with them any time I needed help or advice. They went above and beyond and kept me informed every step of the way and nothing was ever too much trouble, even with Joe attending viewings on his day off.
