Will not be returning. Went with my mum and 3 month old son. The two guys doing our nails did not listen to what we wanted and decided to do the french tip a different way which was more expensive without telling us. When confronted they lied and said we asked for it which we didn?t. As a first time mum the store made me uncomfortable as my son was irritated and the guy wouldn?t let me comfort my son to calm him down. We overpaid for the nails as their price sheet says different to the price they told us and the guy who did my nails left cuts on my fingers and didn?t even apologise. Very rude and scammy. Would not recommend at all and will not be returning. Will be going back to the salon I went to before.

i was nur very happy today. it took 40 minutes to start with my nails and they nail art was very poor. i asked for sqaure nails and although i didn?t get that they have a wierd soo in the middle. soon after my appointment i had pain in one finger due to overfilling. sadly i will not be going back instead will try the nail shop on a two minute walk away called beautiful nails.

I?ve given a 3 star as generally I was always somewhat satisfied with the service I received however yesterday I was NOT happy when I left the salon and my nail beds have been severely aching. I asked for short almond shaped nails but because they were cut short I got told they can be round but not almond which I was fine about, I?m generally not fussy as long as my nails look nice. However, as he was filing the sides of my nails he went so deep into my nail bed it was hurting and still is. i mentioned this to him but he didn?t understand and said my nail is like that. Then I believe the manager interviened and looked at my nail and agreed and apologised. Which was nice as he acknowledged this and said next time they can fix it. I then asked for a pedicure and decided not to get colour as I got put off it all after the disastrous looking hands. The pedicure was completely rushed, they were not exfoliated which is what they always! My feet when i went home and checked were still looking dry and definitely not like I?d just had a pedicure. My toes were not ?pedicured? either as in the nails were not filed properly and the cuticles not done at all. £55 later I left the salon feeling distressed and annoyed as a new mum I was treating myself after a long time. I will not be going back.

Stylist: First time here for a few years & am disappointed. Guy who did my nails although pleasant enough was in such a rush that he twice burnt my fingers, once drawing a spot of blood. Nails look OK but I am in pain this evening all my nails are aching & have had to take pain killers & I got charged £42 for the privilege?! Shall not be returning

NEEVE AGAIN. my nails were strong and after having Acrilic nails that were too thick. Nails have been ruined. It took the shop next door 1hr 30 to remove the acrylic. Having to use a machine in the end due to the thickness. Coupled up with the fact that this being my first experience it will definitely be my last. They rush through because they have a lots of customers, but the quality then drops drastically. Shame really

lovely place with a beautiful interior, staff were super friendly! prices are so affordable for such high quality nails. they're cash only, which is no issue at all, especially as there's an ATM right across from them, it's good to see somewhere that takes cash when so many places regardless of industry are becoming card-only. the loyalty card is also a fabulous idea! the two men that did my nails were also so fast and efficient with it, they were also very friendly! i believe one of them was called anthony? (sorry if i spelled it wrong) he did the colour etc and was great! and so was the other man, although i don't know his name. they were both great! i love my nails, and the quality is amazing. the best out of all dartford salons in my opinion. i don't get my nails done often as i play instruments and am still a student, but i'll definitely be coming back! i've already started recommending it to my friends :-)

always used american nails untiltoday she tried to charge me extra for the length i always get! said it would be £6 extra than the normal £34 and if i wanted my usual price this was the longest i can go? i?ll attach pics of what she did vs what i usually get from them for the exact same price. it?s appalling and i paid £34 for short rubbish nails that are no way the longest they can go for that price. very passive aggressive and rude too.
