Visited this store on Saturday 5th July! And met by some great staff but really not pushy we selected a few items and then was served by a wonderful lady at the tills who was so happy! And said it?s the best place she had every worked and it showed how happy she was
We still don?t believe she?s in her 30?s tho as she looks mid 20?s ??

Just been into the shop with my wife on Saturday evening 22 Feb 2025. We?ve been in here many times before, we weren?t looking for anything, just browsing and ended up buying 3 different items. Wouldn?t usually write a review but felt compelled to as the customer service from both the store manager and the other staff was the best we?ve had anywhere in the world. I went in recently to buy a leather jacket and had a great experience - all the staff I met were an absolute asset to the company. The four staff members who came to chat to me and help me choose were extremely welcoming and friendly, gave me lots of advice, and weren't at all pushy. I came out so excited about my purchase and just buzzing. Thank you!

Staff are friendly and helpful. It would be 5 stars if it wasn't to expensive. I use the outlet one in Ashford mainly even though styles etc maybe a season behind you can get good bargains.
