One of the assistants (sorry, didn't get her name, quite tall, dark hair) when I asked where the oils were, took me to the correct aisle and waited to see if what I wanted was there , it was, then said if I needed more help, just to ask her. Fantastic customer service ?

Just been to my local Crayford Aldi today and one of the staff called Laura blonde short hair at checkout is so rude. No customer service at all , no hello or good bye and when refund some money she bang it in the till so hard in a rude rude way. Aldi needs to train your staffs again.

Rude and nasty manager! Asking me for ID for an energy drink, I didnt have no ID so i tried to show her my ID on the official post office Identification app. She didn?t even take a look and shook her head saying no no! Then tried to be rude when i told her to take it off then. Fine I look young which is flattering but why the attitude? They have to punish you cause you don't age like them. Couldnt stomach I was probably older than her! ?

Thought by way of a change would try. Fillet steak had ridiculous amount of fat, and packaged so that could not see. Will stick to Lidl. Far better.

Went in to Aldi crayford today Saturday 14th June to get a refund for a faulty item 3 tills were open all 3 cashiers were talking amongst them selves not taking or interacting with us customers very rude indeed No manners
