We rented our property out through this Jackson-Stops office when we moved to Singapore in 2016-2020. They did a terrific job and managed the whole thing seamlessly. Ella was a pleasure to work with; kind, responsible, efficient and practical. Our property was well looked after and maintained. I would choose J-S again in a heartbeat.

Outstanding!Moving can be exceptionally stressful, but Ella was amasing at ensuring that we understood all the processes. We recently bought a house through Jackson-Stops in Cranbrook - Mandy, their negotiator was consistently helpful and easy to contact with prompt replies throughout the process. This was incredibly important to see the deal through due to it being sadly a probate sale and a listed property so there was a lot more to do than usual. Highly recommended!

We have just exchanged very swiftly on a beautiful and unique property in Cranbrook.I highly recommend Jackson Stops in Cranbrook. From the moment I called to ask to view the property, Mandy especially, has been incredible. Friendly, supportive, kind, informative, enthusiastic, empathetic and professional to name but a few of her strengths.For us it was a very speedy offer to exchange timescale (3 weeks), and throughout Mandy was on hand at every opportunity liaising between us and our delightful seller, the solicitors and agents. I must comment on the reply received from Jackson?s re the matter of arbitration. It was the Jackson?s team who held back and made the spurious claim for £500 in cleaning and other imaginary things. It was my husband who requested arbitration and was successful in most part in clawing back our monies that these people who had made up this imaginary claim. Not the Landlord as stated who has been quite reasonable in her actions during our stay.

Where can I Start ! Renting property is a nightmare with these people we rented with them for just under a year and left very disappointed with the whole service we got. Then they held back £500 of our deposit despite our efforts to leave the property as we found it. To say they told untruths is an understatement and after I went to tribunal Jackson?s were awarded a nominal £100 for some minor cleaning. Badly managed by Ella who seemed to be more interested in deer hunting than the business in hand. Terrible experience, never again !! never again. I bet this review is removed as soon as they see it.

A number of agents competed for the instruction to sell our property and Jackson-Stops won on professionalism, flexibility, their detailed marketing plan and sheer enthusiasm. The whole of the team at Cranbrook more than delivered on all their promises and especially Mandy who guided the sale through unexpected technical challenges by liaising closely with us and the buyer and by establishing a good proactive relationship with each appointed solicitor. Availability and communication was faultless throughout the process and we would have no hesitation recommending their services.
