Really nice food and good staff. There is a wait between ordering and getting your food as it is all cooked fresh to order but this gives you time to drink and chat.

However could you please tell customers to STOP PARKING DIRECTLY OUTSIDE it?s dangerous for cars turning into ordnance yard especially at night time you can?t see them and nearly have a head on. And not being funny there?s a carpark 2 metres across the road?

I had an amazing experience at this restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious and everything was freshly prepared, full of flavor, and beautifully presented. You can really taste the quality and care in every dish.
The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and professional, which made the whole experience even more enjoyable.
This place is truly a hidden gem and definitely worth a visit. Highly recommended!

Service was spot on by new member of staff who recently joined; . certainly knows her stuff and good recommendations must admit. They say sometimes a change as good as the rest. however the Manager (Gabi) very abrupt, pushy rude no sense of managerial skills at all. However the meal even though our requirements wasn?t meet we enjoyed it, lovely spot for dinner, the beers were refreshing, wine tasty, king prawns in a juicy piri piri garlic butter yum yum, the skewers were to
die for only problem was chorizo had a lot of fat I couldn?t eat but other than that will
Definitely be returning with bigger party.

We have been here tonight to celebrate a birthday and I can you tell you we will NOT be back!! When seated we didn?t get told about the service charge, the special board or that they had no rump steak, but that didn?t bother them because it was the owners grandson that sat us down.
Food was ok, cakes were as dry as Gandhi?s flip-flop. And as for the manager I think she needs to go on a course of how to deal with customers. She was so rude when we asked to take the service charge off our bill she kept asking us why we wanted too. We was going to leave a cash tip instead of the tip they suggested we should leave. We have now been barred from the restaurant and not able to return all because we didn?t want to pay the service charge.
Terrible service by the manger and we will never recommend this restaurant to our friends and family

Manger was very rude. And has now banned us for life over trying to remove the service change and pay a cash tip. Wouldn?t recommend going here. Worst place going.

Authentic feel and tastes

I booked here for Father?s Day and as we had over 8 people I was called to take a deposit and send our pre order so easier on the day. I got a call few days before to ask if we could come 15 mins later than booked so they have time to set the tables
On arrival, the table wasn?t ready and was told to wait outside so they can put plates and cutlery on it. After 15 mins we went back in to see if it was ready to find that the table was pushed together with another but no plates or cutlery placed then was told to take a seat anyway.
Once seated we had to wait 15mins before having to call a waiter over to order drinks. Then a further 10mins to say when will they bring out our pre ordered starters. When asked they replied we will ask the chefs to start it?!
We had to continuously throughout the whole meal try to grab a waiter to order drinks with no glasses being collected from our table. We had a collection going on by the end of the meal. The young guy was nice and trying but service needs to be quicker or more staff if they struggle on busy days.
After our starters we had to wait 1 hour for the main meals to arrived which my 3 year old just about managed to sit and wait for.
As we preordered we thought it would?ve been prepared already and 1 main meal was still forgotten.
After our mains we had to continuously ask for drinks and to even order desserts we ended up having to go up to the front desk to order them with the bill at the same time as by this time we have been waiting and in the restaurant for 3 1/2 hours.
When asked to remove the service charge as we have had to do the service ourselves. The ?manager? replied ?why? Because of 1 lamb skewer?? Which was not the case and didn?t seem to care about the poor service.
It?s a shame as the food itself is lovely but the customer service trumps food in this case and lets the whole restaurant down. If they were on their customer service and service times it will be a much smoother restaurant.

Food was very good but welcome & service bit of a shambles.....table booked over a month ago but on arriving no table available in main restaurant (3 people were sat on a table for 6 though despite a smaller table being free). We were eventually sat upstairs on our own service very slow, soft drinks arrived but no wine after extended time. 1 of party went to chase up wine & we were then moved downstairs. We later had to ask to order dessert & when the bill came deposit hadn't been taken off. Quetied& was told they had no record of deposit, despite it not being possible for size of table to be booked without this being paid & I had to prove it had been paid by logging onto online banking & showing payment to restaurant- not very professional!! The young male waiter was very polite and tried his best but think whole set up/operations need improvement, think 10% service added on more appropriate than 12.5%. The food generally was very good & skewers something different, though few in party found a bit greasy. Desserts were very nice.

Had a fantastic evening at Os? Camacheiros last night, we chose a Friday for the live music and lively arms and it didn?t disappoint. Food was great too. Special mention to our waitress Desteni who couldn?t have been more helpful. Will definitely go again
