Extremely polite and helpful staff, that treat you like you?re actually a person, unlike other business that are similar.
Never long queues and always very clean and a nice atmosphere inside.
A minor gripe is that the main entrance has a handle on it, so you assume you have to pull the door but you have to push the door to get inside.
Great interest rates and multiple accounts to choose from.
