Manager was not helpful at all, won't be going in there again. Shame as the rest of the staff are lovely. I used to volunteer at the Hospice in Rochester itself and thought I would support the shop. Really should train people in customer service these days.

Always a nicely adorned window.Good selection of clothes all colour sorted and pressed.Books and music easy to sort, always find a bargain at the nik naks section.The shop is always clean and bright, staff are friendly and helpful.A joy to visit so I am always a regular.Well done Wisdom, such a worthy cause, a credit to the High Street ?
