I have been to the store a number of times, usually just popping in to ask to replace a screw on my glasses or some other adjustment.
Sometimes we have to wait a little as everyone is busy but when they're free the staff are very helpful and considerate.
When I had an issue with a pair of glasses they replaced them immediately.
I recommend this branch as helpful, considerate and efficient.
