I wanted to be served by a person, not a machine but was told the desk closed at 4pm whereas I arrived at 4:30 so had to be served by a machine. There was no indication that this was the case, it just said closed at 5pm.

Not the best of experience, I was due to complete on a house purchase and needed to transfer funds from MY ACCOUNT to the solicitor,after listening to me ,cashier ghosted and did not return to her desk for almost an hour and when she returned she didnt give me any clue as to why they couldnt help and completely ignored me
