Great service. Guy helped me use the kiosk for the first time and helped me use my discounts on my apps. Staff are friendly and would definitely recommend coming here.

Quite dirty floor, also would be great to have more kiosks. Cheesy bites awful honestly. I didn?t have subway long time, I thought why not. Will not come back for awhile again.

Went in to order our usual subs and found we now have to use a touchscreen. Couldn't order our usual combination/variety on the screen so approached the staff to make an order. They refused saying it must be done on the screen. We told them the screen didn't have the capability to order exactly what we normally do. Staff refused to help or advise at all. We left and got our lunch elsewhere. If my parents ever came here they would be lost, they cannot use the touchscreens at all... what is the process for disabled or infirm people, or are they excluded?

I was very disappointed to go into this Subway for the first time in a while to see that you now have to order at a self order kiosk. This usually isn't an issue, McDonald's for example have perfected the use of these machines. But when the machine isn't working well and doesn't offer what you want (things you could normally order when speaking to a human) it's frustrating. That with the added pressure of a growing queue behind you. Then when the staff said we have to use the machine to order, my decision was made up and just left without ordering and instead went to a reliable place where we can be served by a human.
I just hope subway doesn't make this the norm.

Popped in for lunch and what a disappointment !!!
Absolutely disgusting !!! This store lets down Subway !!
Waffles were cold, bread was stale, was unable to have my bread toasted, barely any filling, salad was soggy, cheese requested but no where to be found in the rolls
Went to sit down to eat and the floor was covered in food and had to clear my own table to be able to eat it !!!
I don?t expect to do the staffs job to eat a lunch that I?ve paid for, for the staff to leave me to clear the tables
Complain to staff and they?re not interested
What a waste of £27.50 - better off popping to McDonalds, at least you know what you?re going to get
I do have pictures of the disgusting floors if Subway would like to see them

What's the point of kiosks, now I can't order as food being made. Instead I pick on kiosk, then they staff have read the order of a screen, this is twice the time and effort, the action being done twice!!, surely this is ridiculous. Who's the idiot who thought this would be a good idea... they need an award for stupidity.

I went in to order my subway, I had a reward which was a free meal upgrade. I did approach the staff behind the till to ask them how i could order & claim my reward & they said either till or online. On the till couldn?t find the reward so placed the order online through the phone. The reward was accepted & went through, I collect my order plus the items for the meal deal. I was eating when someone approached me quite rudely & said it wasn?t a meal deal so i needed to pay for the extra items, i showed the reward that was accepted & a couple next to me said that had happened to them too. i handed the items back & advised them not put false advertising as there were lots of people there for the rewards & they were going to get caught out. People walked away ignoring me not even sorry or at least tried to show me how to order correctly with the reward.

Having a kiosk that limits you makes the point of subway and what made subway great, would rather wait longer for better service and food then deal with what I have to here

Refused to let me order at the bar because I was paying by card, insisted I use the automated system. Indecipherable ordering system made me unable to order at all. Complete failure of basic customer service - I will never come here again.

I strongly agree with the other reviews about the poor ordering experience. Part of the fun was seeing all the salads and toppings and asking for extras. By forcing customers to use the kiosk they have lost the opportunity to up sell. This Subway has a firm restriction on how much salad you can have for five pounds. This is not a corporate rule but can be set by the franchisee. I will never use this place again as my local Subway does not have the kiosks or salad restriction.

New ordering system is ridiculous, can't order things how you want them, takes twice as long and you can't see your food being made.
The old way was much more straightforward and quicker, change for changes sake to try and justify the huge price increases for worse quality food.

Toilets STILL out of order. Over a month now. Pull your finger out. Anybody tempted by the bacon cheese stack, dont bother. Very thin. Looks totally different from the advert.
