For the price of the food expected a bit more.
We waited nearly an hour for lunch and got the wrong order anyway. ? Got 1/8 of avocado for 2.65£
Definitely lack of communication, the staff looked run down too.
The food even tho it was incorrect was okay. Nothing bad to say.
Over all I wouldn?t really recommend.

Had a lovely iced coconut latte at Sotto Longue, the bigger cups really felt like I was getting my money's worth compared to starbucks tiny cups next store. Amazing interior, decently spaced out as well! I drew the place so I'd say student friendly if you wanna jam to Spotify and get some work done in a cosy environment. :)

I was really excited to try this place. Tried a couple others mainly the one in sittingbourne which is really good. First impressions it was find your own seating. This was hard to do as almost every table was filled with rubbish and only one left was a table for 2. Would have liked a bigger table as it was not busy.
No menus on tables so I had to go hunt for one which wasn?t ideal. My experience at other ones they have the menus on the tables.
It?s such a shame as there?s plenty of tables inside and out and is a lovely building i just saw no sign of management and just dirty tables and plates on the tables through the windows outside.
Food was ok. I?ve raved about the Korean burger in the past at sentado lounge and this didn?t quite meet up to expectations. Was just ok. Not sure why.
Had to go hunting down cutlery as none was brought over. The waitress I spoke to seemed worn out chasing after the other waitress constantly making mistakes and having to fix them for her but she was very friendly and sorted it out. Was a shame I had to go looking.
Everyone seemed to be gathered around a guy in an arsenal shirt on a laptop rather than cleaning the place.
As I left the tables around me still hadn?t been cleared from when we walked in and walked past countless dirty tables outside as we left.
I hate to be soo negative but there was just no excuse for it especially when it wasn?t busy and I saw at least 4 people front of house

Although the food was nice, disappointing service and atmosphere today. Dirty tables everywhere (I assume they had a busy lunch?) but not busy when we were there and staff not in a hurry to clean up the mess. When taking our order, the female colleague didn?t seem to know the menu very well and kept interrupting my order to speak to her colleagues walking past. Not sure who the manager was but nobody seemed to have a handle on what was going on. All the team wearing their own clothes including sportswear and stained clothing - not a good look. Food was great though, hopefully with the right management and corrective coaching, these let downs can be made right for future customers.

Food was great. Cannot fault it. However, the service completely let the visit down. We visited around 2-2:30 hoping to miss the lunch rush. Met by a member of the team who was friendly and told us to find a table and order at the bar, choice was limited with the majority of tables being full of empty plates and glasses - no one seemed to be clearing these but then again, you wouldn?t know who the team working were (no uniforms. all in their own clothes).the only 2 meals ordered arrived separately - left on the pass by a young lad who was attentive to new customers walking in but not to much else.
Team working gathered by toilets assuming having their breaks but then others working were joining them so not much getting done around the place. We had to take menus off of dirty tables to be able to order.
Service is shabby - Maybe it was the team working or what seemed to be a lack of front of house management. Food was delicious but won?t hurry back.

All the staff are friendly and attentive. The food came out and was tasty and hot. Special mentions to Dan (thank you for finding the sunglasses), Louis (Lane) and Cherise. Great atmosphere. 10/10. Will be back soon ?
