I have been a customer of Sarah Michael?s Floral Designs for a number of years now because quite simply they provide the best bouquets and flowers I?ve ever purchased!I am horticulturally qualified myself so totally recognise quality in flowers and Sarah?s are second to none !Beautiful designs every time and always delivered by Mick with a smile.To receive flowers from my fiancé from them is always a treat and they last for ages.It will always be 5 stars from me because truly that?s what this company always deserves.

I ordered a bouquet and it was a great disappointment. Lots of leaves to make it look plenty while in fact there were very few flowers. Waste of money as l actually paid 39.95 for a bouquet full of green leaves . Nothing compared to how it was presented online .

I ordered a 4ft Cross, mum , nan & a bespoke 3D teapot for my mums funeral. Mick was wonderful, nothing fazed him. He rest assured me I was in safe confident hands. He was such a love. Took away the stress of having to arrange a funeral at such an emotive time.On the day all 4 arrangements were absolutely beautiful. The 3D teapot was spectacular & admired greatly, even by the funeral directorsI wholeheartedly recommend them to anybody & everybody. Fabulous florists

I recently ordered flowers for my fathers funeral from Mask Flowers.I emailed and spoke to Mick a couple of times and placed the order over the phone as I don't live locally and couldn't just pop in.Mick was really helpful and took the pressure off by reassuring me that all that was in order. He even went out of his way to deliver cards for us to handwrite to my mum as I don't live locally and couldn't pop in to collect themWe ordered two heart floral tributes and they were beautiful, exactly as per the images on the website and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Mask and would certainly use them again.Thank you .Tina

Fantastic florist.Called on the off chance on Valentine?s Day to see whether they could deliver some flowers to my mum as she has covid. The chap who answered the phone was lovely. Very very helpful - great sense of humour- but more importantly willing to help.The flowers I ordered were delivered that morning and they were stunning! They were really fresh and firm, bright as a button and a lovely mix. Also something else that stood out and was nice was a proper ribbon. Not a nasty cheap plasticky one.Thank you again for helping me out on such a busy day for you. You didn?t inflate your prices either. Highly recommend!

Sarah's flowers are second to none! I have had a number of displays/bouquets from here in the past 2 years and they are just stunning!As someone with a horticultural qualification and experience I'm obviously fairly fussy when it comes to flowers but I wouldn't go anywhere else now and I can't recommend her enough.Jeanne-Fiance of Jay and lucky recipient.! :)

Beautiful bouquets and button holes for my wedding. Absolutely stunning. However we did have an issue so rating at 4 stars but I will add it was quickly resolved by Sarah.

I ordered the Rose & Freesia bouquet for a couple who have recently experienced a loss. From the ordering experience to the delivery I would score this service a 10/10 for customer satisfaction. The couple were blown away by the surprise and found the colour selection soothing.

would like to thank Sarah michaels florists so much,Sarah bent over backwards to arrange a suprise for my very ill friend, everything was done over the phone,and gave Sarah free reign to chose all the floral designs herself, when they arrived exactly the time I needed them,my friend cried,the flowers where stunning.i said i wanted to overwhelm my friend with flowers,she certainly was!! cannot recommend this shop enough,will definatly use them all the time now,thank you Sarah&Michael
