This Store is great to pop in and grab a few things you need. However I wouldn?t recommend doing your full weekly shop here though, as the store can be congested and some of the shelves might be empty and need refilling.
The store has a variety of goods, at reasonable prices, even cheaper if you have a Nectar Card.
Overall it?s nice there?s a store of this type, for people to use to shop, with easy access to Buses, if you don?t drive and Car parks if you do.
If this Store wasn?t in here, a lot less people would venture to town.

I bought a packet of shrimps and banana they said new on the packet they worse ones I have ever had from this store I shop every week the sweets had no taste or flavour whatsoever very disappointed with your new product

Went to Asda today with my service users and they were just short of money for what they had got. Katie on self check out saw and used her own money to pay for the rest of the stuff. So thank you Katie, you made their day and you made mine too:) what a lovely employee you have in her!

Dear Sainsbury?s Management,
I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent experience I had at your Pentagon Centre store in Chatham.
On 28th October, I approached a staff member to inquire about the availability of micro-USB chargers. Unfortunately, the response I received was dismissive, as I was told to ask someone else. This interaction left me feeling quite disappointed, as it did not meet the level of customer service I have come to expect from Sainsbury?s.
I understand that everyone can have an off day, and my intention is not to single out any individual. However, I believe it is important for all customers to feel valued and assisted, regardless of the nature of their inquiry.
I would appreciate it if you could look into this matter and ensure that all staff members are reminded of the importance of providing helpful and courteous service to all customers.
