I called today upset and lost and didn?t know how I could access an affordable vet to help our beloved rescue cat. The man who answered the phone immediately was so kind and so professional. He helped us immediately and treated me with respect and compassion whilst focussing on what could be done to help our beautiful cat. I cannot thank you enough for today. I had called around the whole of Medway for help and information and your gentleman RSPCA volunteer was more professional and more helpful than anyone else again thank you very much for all you have done for our Fella today ?

Adopted my rabbit a year ago, today from this branch.
The process went smoothly & everything was put in place ready for me to collect her.
I was ?vetted? appropriately & asked many questions?. I recommend this branch for adoption of small animals

The staff member I spoke to on the phone regarding a dog that needs rehoming was extremely knowledgeable and very helpful with their suggestions. I'd highly recommend calling if you are considering giving up a pet as they will be able to help you find the best route that is suitable for you and your pet.

My cats left the practice more distressed than when they arrived. I wasn't allowed in with them during the consultation due to covid yet nobody was wearing a mask? Also they do not take card payments, cash only.Thank you for replying and gaslighting me, very telling!
