**updated Review**Finally got hold of the florist. They were incredibly apologetic and held their hands up admitting they had missed the order. As a way of apology they issued a refund and provided a free bouquet. They seemed truly sorry and I do believe it was just a one off mistake. Will try them again whenever I next need to buy flowers.**Old review**Placed an order online for delivery 5 days later. Never delivered. Florist doesn't answer the phone. Having to go via PayPal to try and recover my money.

I wanted flower that were different for my best friend that had passed away.The ladies in the shop were very helpful the younger of the two went on the Internet to show what they could do.I choose a hand tied bouquet with exotic flowers I asked for three extra yellow roses added.When I saw the flowers at the funeral I was very disappointed they were not worth the money will not use again.

I ordered a funeral arrangement for my Nan I specifically requested NAN and NANNY which was on ribbon to be added onto it as it represented my nans grandchildren when it arrived none of this was added considering it was the most poiniant part of the arrangement i was really upset and to top it of there were no purple and yellow flowers that I requested either! The reasoning for this on complaining was that the staff have been really busy! TOTALLY UNEXCEPTABLE!

I called to make an order for my sisters funeral and was told to call back after mothers day. When I did I was told they are not taking any more orders they have decided to close for refurb. So I asked can you recommend another shop I was told to have a look around. This is very disappointing at the last minute.
