First time going to store nicely laid out some nice bits in there reasonably priced. Got what i wanted just want to say thank you to young girl on till Ruby. Had lovely chat and she was so professional in her work. Lovely customer service . Thank you ?

3 people working on tills with the queue nearly out the door. Ignoring the customers and messing about. One of the staff then finished their shift as the queue only gets bigger. Either pay upstairs or don't bother

It?s primark a very budget friendly clothes shop. Kids and baby clothes are very cheap. Adult clothes are good and cheap but the sizes can be way of. So I would definitely recommend trying on clothes before you buy them.
The men?s jeans especially the sizes vary massively from one pair to the next.

Nothing at all wrong with the Primark itself but the staff at the checkout today made me feel really small. The card machine was very slow and the gentleman told me they?ve been having issues all day. My card declined for contactless payment so I inserted it, declined again. I tried a different card, declined. My mum tried her card, declined. Clearly this was a problem with her system, all of the card we tried have more than enough money on them. The gentleman called the manager over and all she had to say was that she?ll hold our items for a while and we can go and get some cash out. No apology whatsoever, no offer to maybe try another till. Just overall really unhelpful and made me feel as though it was my fault.

Good store, quality of things corresponds to the price. It is a big family store. I recommend visiting.
