Poor service today I was served by the lady was absolutely rude and unprofessional. I return 4 nike boxes first she took them all behind and then asked me QR I forgot the boxes and QR code then she been rude and started yelling about common sense.

I received a package 24hr signed for label was 750g and classed as letter. I then took the same package back to post office after repairing the contents and had to pay £7+ to return it instead of the £4+ as stated on the website. Double the price it was originally classed as by the royal mail and post office elsewhere. Very deceitful and a con in my view. Is nobody honest anymore.?

I have been there for a few times in the last month. Today I visited again and experience was the same. The man in the post office counter and the Indian lady at the reception counter are the worst. They don?t even know how to speak to customers nicely. So rude!!!

Thankyou foe helping my elderly friend Rose on 31.5.23I recommended her to visit and use your post office counter service .She was served by the Dad ( sorry dont know his name )Son is helpful too plus the staff.She was able to pay all her bills buy stamps and access some cash.Thanks for great customer service as always.

7 years on: Please avoid them and go to another branch. They will sneakily overcharge you (as seen in other reviews). They charged me £28 to send a light parcel to America, when the website says it?s supposed to be £12.Review years ago:The majority of workers in that post office are rude. I can understand that they handle different type of customers everyday, but that shouldn't result into poor attitude towards other customers who are friendly to them.

Very bad experience there today :( I was asked to open my parcel and then ask to buy a roll of tape at £2.50 to close it :/ Really not very friendly, from now I would go to Gillingham to send my parcel, they are much more generous (with the tape too) :)
