I waited two hours for my order when it was ready the delivery driver calls and says you gave me the wrong address when I read him my address three times and did not speak a word of English. I called the shop again and they say ?oh it?s too late for us to send another drive who speaks decent english?. Extremely poor customer service and problem solving skills, I was expecting much better as I normally enjoy going to Papa John?s but I was very upset as I waited two hours for my order. Not ordering here again.

Ordered vegan pizzas and they were delicious. But what made me write a review is that they forgot an oregano toppings? so they sent a driver again just to bring a jar of oregano. Phenomenal customer service!

Always good pizza from papa johns, this visit was ok, only negative was the topping, sauce and cheese were a little on the tight side, a good 1 1/2-2 inches around the edge of XL bases were sauceless leaving a very large bare crust. Occasionally use this Chatham Papa John's but Twydall is my preferred go to.

Where is pizza I ordered.
I got 2x12 slice bread with some topping in the centre.
I can't call this a pizza
Board of pizza was like 15 cm and and probably less than a 1/3 of radius was some topping. Or guys have gome really cheap or however was cooking it was really hungry

Very inconsistent I like papa John?s an I use to just drive to strood to get it but I her the Chatham on had be Renovated and it was good the first Time but last two time seemed like it had just been thrown together

If you happen to like pizza this place is OK but for me I would rather buy one from asda and bung it in the oven and save the best part of £10
