The manager today(10th aug/2025), was very friendly, I can definitely say the same for the rest of the staff; the service was impeccable. The food we ordered had no flaws aswell as the cutlery. Lastly, the atmosphere and decorations was authentic, show the appreciation of global countries, spesfically Africa,
to present the well - known peri - peri sauce.
I definetly recommend to anyone who has a love for saucy and home cooked food. Thank you Nandos for making an excellent experience for my family and I.

Food was whatever, the wrap was cold and not much taste. But the burger was actually nice. I ordered for takeaway and was told I can't have a beer while waiting for my food and offered a soft drink from the fountain.
Not sure what kind of rule is this as alcohol is available if you're a dine in customer or if you're ordering from home. So, what's that about? Would I become some kind of liability for the company if i don't rest my glass on a table between sips?
It would be fine if it would be 5min, not fine when over 20....

Last night me and my family went to Nando?s and can I just preface this by saying, the manager Asia is honestly such a diamond of a woman to the establishment. She makes you feel so welcome and is extremely accommodating. Every time I go to Nando?s she makes the experience better, always going above and beyond for the customers.
My family is visiting from France, and we were told by another employee that the wait for a table would be longer than the wait to take away. However, as tables started to quickly clear, we soon realised that this was not the case and Asia sorted it out and was able to seat us like we originally wanted to do.
The day Nando?s loses Asia will be a very sad day for the customers, as well as the company. She deserves a raise for everything she does, so professional and will try her best to solve whatever issue you have, making you feel heard, which is all anyone wants really? Thank you Asia for everything you do! It definitely does not go unnoticed ?

Visited Chatham Nandos today and another great visit.
Welcomed with a smile by Harry and seated pretty much straight away even though it was busy lunchtime.
Slight wait at the till to order our food but order taken and food delivered to the table in 10 min.
Regular follow ups even after the initial follow up and I felt my custom was welcomed.
Good work to the Nandos Chatham team ?

Great food after watching a film at the cinema. It's was very busy at the time of ordering and we waited for our food longer than we would have liked to, however the manager looked after us and gave us some complementary olives and nuts. After our meal she asked if she could get us anything else and gave us ice creams also on the house. She had a lovely manner talking to all the customers making sure everyone was well looked after. She was amazing and made the delayed food well worth waiting for. Great customer care thank you.

We love eating at Nando?s Dockside ? the lady buzzing around always makes us want to come back! Her infectious personality brings such a great vibe to the place. The rest of the staff who assisted us were also excellent. We?ll definitely be back! x

In October 2022, me, my daughter and a friend who was visiting from Jamaica had popped in for lunch. It was truly a delightful experience from start to finish. From the moment we stepped in, we were greeted by a warm and inviting atmosphere that blended a modern, cosy, and relaxing vibe. The food exceeded all our expectation. Our meals arrived promptly, and every request was handled with a smile. This Nando's is a must visit.

My visit to Nandos was made extra special by Asia's bubbly character and the extra time she took out to recommend dishes , and followed up at the end of the meal to check that we had enjoyed our meal

Asia, the lady that helped a group of 20 including several kids, be seated as served, was probably the best server ever! So friendly and helpful, going the extra mile, with a smile!

Great restaurant but was bit annoyed after paying was told that they didn't have what we were eating waitress came twice to tell us.
