I had just had a long drive to Chatham and decided to go grab a coffee. I went to the toilet first and then went to the till to order my coffee. The servers exact words were ?you didn?t ask to use the toilet? I said sorry , I didn?t realise I needed to ask your permission. . She then stated it?s for customers only, which I let her know I?m standing infront of you ordering a coffee as we speak. She said to me you have to ask me first before you use the toilet.
Firstly, I didn?t appreciate being spoke to like a child. I regularly use my local muffin break for coffee and never experience this, the staff in my local one are so polite and welcoming. Secondly, how does this server know I don?t have a disability or need for the toilet for personal reasons. On top of this she was just so rude and unwelcoming. I let her know I will no longer be ordering a coffee and made my way to the lovely coffee shop next to sainsburies who by the way serve much nicer coffee and are always polite, friendly and upbeat.

Muffins are amazing. Well worth a visit. Staff usually friendly and efficient. Only downside is the view, inside the shopping centre lol!

Absolutely a rip off place. How can they justify a small sausage roll at over £3 and an average bacon and brie baguette for over £6. They may get away with it in Mayfair but certainly not Chatham.

The coffee was amazing, i think they're using organic milk, because it was creamy and delicious. the pistachio cheesecake on another level (WOW), had to tell everyone about how good that cheesecake was. And blueberry muffin was warmed up to perfection. This coffee shop is an absolute gem!

Coffee was lovely, but muffin was really dry: I couldn't eat all of it.
Comfy chairs. Good sized tables but still plenty of space.
Unfortunately the venue was too hot and the music, whilst a good selection, was too loud, hindering conversation.
Didn't appear to have GF options.

This is a lovely coffe shop in the Busy Pentagon shopping centre.They make very good latte (To my taste) and my wife gets the mint tea that she likes. I also like the sausage rolls.The cafe is always very clean and well run. The staff work hard and are friendly, hard working and helpful
